What a machine project includes
- Specification review and factory selection, with test cuts or a recorded demo before shipment
- CE Declaration of Conformity and technical file checked against the EU Machinery Regulation
- Export-control screening of the machine and its end-use, confirmed in writing before we quote
- Crating to ISPM 15, transport locks, lifting points and insurance
- Flat-rack, open-top or standard container; dangerous-goods declaration for lithium batteries
- Import declaration, duty and VAT, road delivery and crane unloading
- Commissioning engineer and training where required
What we will not do
- Ship a machine without a CE Declaration of Conformity we have seen
- Supply controlled or dual-use-listed equipment, or equipment intended for military use, without the authorisations the law requires
- Move lithium batteries without UN38.3 test summaries and a dangerous-goods declaration
- Quote a price that leaves out duty, VAT and local charges
