How a purchase runs
You send a part number, a drawing or a machine specification. We handle everything between the factory floor and the pallet at your receiving dock.

Sourcing and supplier verification
We find the manufacturer behind the part, check its business licence, export record and capacity, and visit the factory when volumes justify it.

Contract and payment
ProfitLogiQ signs the purchase contract with the factory and pays it. You sign one contract with an Estonian company and receive one EUR invoice.

Inspection at the factory
Before cartons are sealed we sample the batch, power up electronics, check fit and ratings against the approved sample and photograph the packing. Goods leave only after you accept the report.

Freight by air or sea
We choose the mode for your production date and the value density of the goods, consolidate several factories into one shipment and insure it on request.

Customs and delivery
Commercial invoice, packing list and HS classification are prepared for import; clearance at the EU hub; road delivery to the address on your order.
